Blog posts
This guide describes setting your store's Blog posts section to display a selection of blog posts on a store page. Use blog posts to write about new products, collections, promotions or other news.
In the following video, the number of blog posts displayed on the store's homepage is changed from 3
to 4

Set up a blog posts section
To set up your store's blog posts section:
Go to Customize theme, and then use the dropdown at the top of the page to select a template that contains a blog posts section. For example, select the Home page template.
Note
The blog posts section can be added into any page, except Checkout and Giftcard pages. To add a blog posts section to the current page, select Add section > Blog posts. Refer to Shopify help: Add a section.
From the side menu, select Blog posts.
Select a setting described in the following table.
Section setting name | Description |

Heading | In the Heading text entry field, provide a title for the blog posts section. |
Blog > Select blog | To pick a blog to display inside the blog posts section, choose Select blog, and then select one of the following options:

Posts | Adjust the Posts slider to set the number of blog posts to display in the blog posts section. The minimum number of posts is 2 and the maximum is 4 . Each post is contained within a dedicated tile/ panel. |
Show post images | Select the Show post images checkbox to show/ hide images for posts inside the blog posts section. |
Show author | Select the Show author checkbox to show/ hide the author's name for posts inside the blog posts section. |
Show date | Select the Show date checkbox to show/ hide dates for posts inside the blog posts section. |
Show 'view all' link | Select the Show 'view all' link checkbox to show/ hide a link to all posts inside the blog posts section. |
Crop images | Select the Crop images dropdown to set the shape of the images inside the blog posts section. The dropdown options are: No crop, Landscape, Square and Portrait. |
Color > Color scheme | Select the Color scheme dropdown to set the color scheme for the blog posts section to Primary, Secondary or Tertiary. |
Theme settings | Select Theme settings to access additional settings for the blog posts section. Refer to Section theme settings menu. |
Remove section | Select Remove section to remove the blog posts section from the current page template. |
