This guide describes setting up the Featured collection section. Use the section to advertise and promote a selection of products from a collection on a store page.
The following video shows a featured collection section on a store's homepage. In the video, the Select collection menu is used to set the Sale collection as the section's featured collection.

Set up a featured collection section
To set up a featured collection section:
Go to Customize theme. At the top of the page, use the dropdown to select a template that contains a featured collection section. For example, select the Home page template.
The featured collection section can be added into any page, except Checkout and Giftcard pages. To add a featured collection section into the current page, select Add section > Featured collection. Refer to Shopify help: Add a section.
From the side menu, select Featured collection.
Select a setting described in the following table.

|Heading||In the Heading box, enter text to display as a title inside the section.|
|Collection||Use the Collection menu options to set up a collection to display inside the section.|
|Number of products||Use the slider Number of products to set the total number of products to display inside the section. The minimum number is |
|Products per row - desktop||Use the dropdown Products per row - desktop to set the number of products to display in each row, inside the section. The options are 2, 3, 4, and 5. This setting applies to desktop display devices.|
|Products per row - mobile||Use the dropdown Products per row - mobile to set the number of products to display in each row, inside the section. The options are 1 and 2. This setting applies to mobile display devices.|
|Show 'view all' link||Select the Show 'view all' link checkbox to show/ hide a link inside the section to the entire collection.|
|Color > Color scheme||Use the Color scheme dropdown to set the section's color scheme to Primary, Secondary or Tertiary. Refer to Colors.|
|Theme settings||Select Theme Settings to access additional settings for the section. Refer to Section theme settings menu.|
|Remove section||Select Remove section to delete the section from the current page template.|
